Buddhist Temple of San Diego The Buddhist Temple of San Diego is a nonmonastic Jodo Shinshu (Pure Land) temple, the oldest Buddhist organization in the County, founded by Japanese immigrants in 1926. The temple’s Sunday Family Service and many programs and activities attract a diverse Sangha who gather to hear and share the Dharma (Buddha’s teachings) with fellow seekers of wisdom, peace and compassion.

Kiku Gardens Kiku Gardens Apartments is a 100 unit project for seniors. It was planned and built by the JA community in San Diego county and banked by HUD. We provide low income, independent, housing in a very pleasant well maintained Japanese style garden environment. The project is located in south San Diego.
Nikkei Student Union – San Diego State University (NSU-SDSU) The 9th NSU to be established in California in order to create a place for Japanese American culture to be shared and spread amongst the SDSU community.
