Buddhist Temple of San Diego |
The Buddhist Temple of San Diego is a nonmonastic Jodo Shinshu (Pure Land) temple, the oldest Buddhist organization in the County, founded by Japanese immigrants in 1926. The temple’s Sunday Family Service and many programs and activities attract a diverse Sangha who gather to hear and share the Dharma (Buddha’s teachings) with fellow seekers of wisdom, peace and compassion. |

We provide low income, independent, housing in a very pleasant well maintained Japanese style garden environment. The project is located in south San Diego. |
